SmartCVI Beta Use Agreement
Version 2026-08-02-beta-v1 · effective 2026-08-02 · provider: SmartCVI
By accepting this agreement, you receive a limited, personal, revocable invitation to evaluate the SmartCVI beta service. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.
1. Evaluation-only use
The service is provided for demonstration, learning and evaluation. It is not a certified medical device, is not validated for independent clinical use, and must not be used to make diagnostic, treatment, triage, or other patient-care decisions.
2. Data you may and may not use
Use only fictitious demo data or PII-stripped teaching material that you are authorized to use. Do not upload, enter, transmit, or attempt to derive patient data, protected health information, personal data, confidential hospital information, or production clinical data. Do not use the service as a clinical record or archive.
3. Your account and security
Your invitation and account are personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by anyone else. Keep credentials secure, use a current e-mail address for verification, and promptly notify SmartCVI at contact@smartcvi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including where this agreement or the data rule is breached.
4. Intellectual property and feedback
The service, software, interface, content, names and marks are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Except for this limited evaluation permission, no rights are granted. You may not copy, publish, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or create a competing service from it except where mandatory law permits. You may provide feedback; SmartCVI may use that feedback without obligation.
5. Availability, changes and liability
The beta may change, contain defects, or be withdrawn without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it is supplied "as is" without warranties, and SmartCVI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from beta use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Agreement records, privacy and changes
We record your account identifier, this agreement version and the acceptance timestamp to administer access and demonstrate acceptance. A separate privacy notice and the provider's full legal identity must be supplied before any broader public rollout. Material changes will be issued under a new version and require acceptance before continued beta use.
7. Law and contact
This agreement is governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Questions or notices: contact@smartcvi.com.
