INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract for access to the SmartCVI educational platform within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, i.e. the day the payment is confirmed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], e-mail: [E-MAIL ADDRESS] — of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. The simplest way is to submit the statement on the Platform: after signing in, under "Subscription", the "Withdraw from the contract" button — you will promptly receive an acknowledgement at the e-mail address of your account, with the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. On withdrawal, access to the purchased package ends.

Performance begun before the end of the withdrawal period
If at purchase you requested that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period (by ticking the relevant box), access was opened at once. This does not deprive you of the right to withdraw within 14 days: on withdrawal we refund the whole of the first payment. [TO BE REVIEWED BY COUNSEL: the seller voluntarily waives the proportional charge for the service performed until withdrawal under Article 35 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.]

Renewals
The right of withdrawal described above concerns the conclusion of the contract. You may cancel the automatic renewal of access for a further period at any time before it ends, under "Subscription" — access then continues to the end of the paid period and no further payment is taken.
